Wall decor for kitchen

Recently we decided little bit to transform the kitchen in our temporary dwelling. For this I created wall decor of pheasant feathers. Later they will move into our new home. Below I share with you how I did it.

Kitchen

Materials:
2 volumetric square frames;
paper for watercolor;
watercolor (I took it from my little sister, sometimes manufacturers make interesting colors for kids);
masking tape;
mathematical compass;
scissors;
pheasant feathers.

First draw a circle and paint it with watercolor. I chose pink and blue colors. We don’t need perfect uniformity of paint, let the circles will look like the planets in space..

Now attach the feathers. They are a bit curved, so I decided to quietly attach them with masking tape to keep some volume.

And now put our arrangements in frames and hang on the wall.
So what do you think about this idea?
